She holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in leadership from Grand Canyon University and has conducted extensive Doctoral level research in organizational leadership, employee development, business strategy, innovation, and change management at Walden University. Additionally, she is certified in Non-Profit Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Beyond her contributions within the United States, Sara also successfully runs a business in the Caribbean, demonstrating her versatile expertise and global perspective.
